Fantastic Beasts: A Star Wars Perspective

When I saw the moment that Credence Barebone's identity was revealed..... it took a while for me to gather that information as I am hard-of-hearing. What? Did I hear it correctly? He is a Dumbledore? it takes time to sink in. Then I looked back at the scene:

Then it occurred to me how familiar it is to a scene of another movie, in thinking of it more... I realized why it was familiar:

The Rising of Aurelius Dumbledore is The Birth of Darth Vader.

I say "Fantastic Beasts: A Star Wars Perspective" but its more centric then that, so centric that it is the whole series that is the ideal theory. In the first movie, the spells were very electric, like Force Electricity kind of electric. The film took place in America, and it's like nodding to the Amerian fantasy that is Star Wars by George Lucas. The spell look is one thing, but then I saw the second movie about a prophecy. It's always a prophecy. But look at "Harry Potter", that is about a prophecy. So, the author took it and reused, no big deal. The lat scene becomes star wars again. SO, what is it that make sit all Star Wars? There is a prophecy. Check. There is a boy with such power that no one knew it was Credence. So much midichlorians. Check. and the boy would be watched over by Sith pretending to be his friend/father figure, and in the end, gave him a name to show change and acceptance. Gellert Grindelwald is taken the role of Senator Palpatine, and like the Jedi who was looking for an unknown sith that is Sidious, the Aurors are for Grindelwald. Which comes to this: the actual title would be "Tycho Dodunus: A Star Wars Perspective", or "Credence Barebone: A Jedi Perspective", or "The Rise of Darth Aurelius".

In Star Wars, Anikan Skywalker is the one the Jedi thought was the key to destroy the Sith as the prophecy entails. The Prophecy words are unknown or unclear as it has redacted lines. The Jedi thought it was Anikan because he was born to a woman with no signs of pregnancy. They took him in and taught him the ways of the force and to be a Jedi, but they are uncertain with his anger that he was the one they sought. Enter Palpatine who kept an eye on him when he was a young kid, taught him that the force and the dual sides are a matter of view. He became a father. Mace Windu specifically did not trust him. Anikan saught out the sand people who killed his mother and he killed them. Killed Younglings, but would do anything for Padme, his love. After Mace and Palpatine fought, he made a choice to align with Palpatine after Mace eas going to kill him. He did this because "it was not the Jedi way". and so was born, Darth Vader.

Credence is a boy who a dark wizard was seeking, unknowingly. He saw he had great power and was mistaken for a child per legends. Credence sought for his own identity alongside Nagini to and was killed by Grindelwald per plans. But he was desperate for it and Grindeald knew. He told him he knew and he followed suit to a cemetery, a rally. like Palpatine, he made a speech to defy the world and views. Credence followed him and with uncertainty, Grindelwald told him of a story about a bird and told him he was a Dumbledore. The way he did it was similar to Palpatine who searched the force for the answer.

Now the prophecy in Star Wars was true, it was Anikan to destroy the Sith.. but he had to go into it by choice and willingly. Like Credence did with Gellert, choice and willingly.

Taken Star Wars into account of the series current events, I can say that The Prophecy:

"A son cruelly banished

Despair of the daughter

Return, great avenger

With wings from the water."

Is still yet to occur, and Credence is in fact that son. Credence will become that avenger that will destroy Gellert and his Rally from within. Rebirth.

Star Wars:

“A Chosen One shall come, born of no father, and through him will ultimate balance in the Force be restored.”

For good measure, Harry Potter:

“The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches ... Born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies ... And the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not ... And either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives...”

Trelawny's Prophecy is more or less exact to Star Wars but with more details:

"A Chosen One shall come/The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches"

"born of no father/Born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies"

"and through him will ultimate balance in the Force be restored/but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not ... And either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives...”.

Similar, but in "Harry Potter", it is more extensive.

Fantastic Beasts and Star Wars:

"A son cruelly banished Despair of the daughter/born of no father"

"Return, great avenger With wings from the Water/A Chosen One shall come-and through him will ultimate balance in the Force be restored."

More fluxed here.

But I think Credence is more like Anikan and will harness the power to destroy the Dark Wizards, especially Gellert, in some way. Given he is using him for personal vendettas like Sidious with Anikan. Anikan also had to seek his son out which Credence would be seeking his brother. Star Wars is a soap opera about a family, the Skywalkers; A name that, in a theory, is a name given to Anikan by his master Watto. Credence is given the name Barebone meaning Lean. His posture and physical character show it. Skywalker means Hope. Barebone also is an Anglo-Saxon name; "The ancestry of the name Barebone dates from the ancient Anglo-Saxon culture of Britain. It comes from when the family lived in the village of Barbon, about three miles north of Kirkby Lonsdale another small town in Cumbria, England, on the River Lune". Anikan Skywalker-Darth Vader/Credence Barebone- Darth Aurelius

Sheeve Palpatine-Darth Sideious/Gellert Grindelwald

The other reflections would take more of a through look. Who is Newt to Anikan? I do not think Padme being Nagini is justice, but it comes close to what we know. In some sense, the Wizengamot is the Jedi Council where Newt is being testified. Newt and Theseus come off as Anikan and Obi-Won. It is tricky to expand from the central characters here being Credence.

This is in par with the theory of what will happen to the Obscurus and the placement. In this case, the Placement would be after the defeat of the Dark Wizard, something that Credence will use his power to do. It will, at least, weaken him, if not defeat. Given that Albus fought him in battle if there was ever a fight in the first place. I.E. a wave of a white flag as Skeeter said. If Albus never fought him, which could be the case, perhaps it was Credence who did something.

Once he learned to master the power and the wand to direct it, he would do Gellert's bidding before realizing that it was a lie and turning on his back. This make sit sound like a predictable route. To a lot of people, of not some, Credence will die. Like Anikan. The Producers say he is someone of great importance in the "Harry Potter" books. suggesting Credence is someone important in Harry's life. I assumed he was none other than Professor Quirrel who was roaming alone before Voldemort saw him and how pathetic he was and made a deal to use him. Quirrel, however, went to Hogwarts, sorted into Ravenclaw but was often bullied. I think, now, it is just a fulfillment. Gellert told him how he would like to be part of something bigger, part of the Wizarding World. But in what way will it be?

Will he see it through and become the Jedi the Wizards need? Or will he be the Sith that was sworn to be destroyed? (like macusa did)
