(This article was supposed to be for October and for Halloween, but it is kind of tough blogging when i have work at the Owl Post for 5 days. so lets dive into a quick Halloween Special on the first day of November.)

Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry was a castle that was spotted afar from the eyes of a group of people that, one day, would turn the castle into a school. The castle was called Hogwarts and the four great witches and wizards were Godric Gryffindor, Rowena Ravenclaw, Salazar Slytherin, and Helga Hufflepuff. But before it became a fully functional school, there were room fot the castle to be fixed and updated to their specific wants as the school was being formed. So they sought out another tll they spotted the right person to help them reconstruct the castle. The founders met an unnamed Architect who helped them. This is a theroy on who this man was....
The castle existed long before the school. Most likely it was already named Hogwarts Castle long before the four saw it, so Hogwarts is a name of a person who once lived in it. That would be the relastic idea anyway. But this isn't about this possible Hogwarts family, who is the Architect?

The Architect was formally seen in the film adaptations of the books, seen first in "Chamber of Secrets" entry. But is also seen in the games and mentioned in the books loosely. He is sculptered as a statue depicting himself with a turban, robes, and holding the castle and blueprints. At the bottom are the four house mascots (Lion and Badger up front, Snake and Eagle in the back). This man is only seen as this statue and has nothing else to show his existence and yet is an important figure to the schools development.
He was the man who the others talked to about outlining the specific rooms we all know. Dorms were created, yes. But each wanted one particular room that is: Helga wanted him to build the famous Great Hall where all students are sorted into the houses and have their daily meels, celebreates holidays, and were the Twiwizard cup is seen. It is a room that gathers people togther on once place. Rowena asked for the Room of Requirement; a room where if you need to escape, it is there. But one can find what they are looking for if lost. Salazar, on the other hand, secretly made a room of his own.. in theory, I assume the Architect knew himself but told no one. In theory, Godric also asked for a room but it was the room for the Headmaster which is why the entrance is a Gryffin.
The Architect is very much a founder as the otthers yet where is he in the castle? The founders shared a soul of themselves into the hat that sorts the students. So if they are in the castle in this form, could the Architect also be present in his own? My theory is that he very much is in the castle and this form was there when he first constructed it. At the time, another being was born.

The Architect is dated around 993, when Hogwarts forst became a school.
Yet another was also aroud the time when students started to pour in...

Peeves, a poltergeist, was around since 993, when it was founded as a school. The theory is that Peeves is a manifestiation of all hte students who were troublesome, that is pranksters. And over the years since then, Peeves became stronger and more troubled as the generations of new troublemakers came. In the beginning, students would choose the houses of their own but would not fit the traits. But then, who was ot originally? Peeves could not have been born from many studesnts at once, right?
As the hat would have the founders personiltys, my theory is that Peeves did menifest from a single person and that person is the Architect as the orginal source of trouble.
Peeves and the Arcihitect are one.
This means the Architect was very much a prankster unlike the other four founders. Course surely they all had their own share of tomfoolery but my theory is that the Architect is more of aprankster. In this case, this also suggests that Peeves is the Architect's name.
Course this idea i sonly soley based on how both peeves and the architect's connection is around the same time, which is not much. But even Brian was never really known of as he was behind the screen of the biggest names in the 60s. Only we have no information to the name of Hpgwarts fifth. Peeves could not be eradicated or dealt with by many Headmasters and annoyed Headmaster Dippet and fustrated Caretaker Filtch. But was not seen as awful by Casteltobruxos former Headmistress, Benedito Dourado.
Most people would keep a part of themselves hidden and locked away and acts a certian way that would be of need. The Architect would be one such person who decided to not pry their needs and mock them to be of use. Throughout the reconstruction then, he was secretly a trickster that blew up literally into the form of a poltergist. Sounds like an Obscurus. But there may be somehting about Peeves, another character, being a secret extention to an unknown figure of a seperate figure under our noses.
