One already knows this detail, if you don't: A Patronus charm is a defensive spell against the darkness that strives to attack all, but it is more then a defensive shield as it has a twin. The spell, Expecto Patronum is also a guide for the user that is commonly used to message other like-worlded inhabitants of a family or a job. It has an animalistic form. The caster of this spell has to have a powerful good memory to perform it as it is a difficult spell to perform, not all witches and wizards can cast it, like Hagrid. While the spell is in need of a happy/positive memory, there are still other elements of necessity to enquire when it comes to the identification of itself. Here are the following things to note about the incorporeal form or animal:
1) The form of animal it can become can range from any Muggle/Non-Magique/No-Maj/Cant-Spells animals such as the common canine to the very rare magical beasts of the wizarding world. However, the magical beast requires a lot of energy and the anatomy of such is to complex for it to understand which is why
2) it mostly conjures up a muggle based animal-like Ron's Retriever or Luna's Rabbit.
3) A Patronus is not far from an Animgus form. The fact that it is rare for it to be different from it reflects the design of the reason number 2 and the forthcoming 4th reason. It is very rare for it to take the form of a magical-society connected species. Newt himself, who can use it thou we have not seen it, could be magical like a dragon or the theorized Kelpie.
People have grown used to the idea of the world from a British perspective that it adds to anyone regardless of where one actually is. Perhaps the most important factor is that 4) The animal that it takes the form of is always native to the caster's birth/grown of the region. This is a theory, however, I am sure it was mentioned before by Rowling. Otherwise, its a theory of my own. The Animagus is a regional-based form and the Patronus is the Animgus form, therefore a Patronus is a regional-based animal.
This comes to the first case of the Unknown Patronus of a known Witch or Wizard-like Newt Scamander or today's subject in the former president, Seraphina Picquery. Picquery is the first American witch to know of the school, house, wand, and place of birth. Respectively, Seraphina is an American-Born Witch who went to the magical school of Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, she was chosen by all four houses and had chosen the Horned Serpent; the house of the mind, scholars, and in my theory of Power. Her wand was created by Louisiana born Violetta Beuvaise in New Orleans who used Swamp Mayhaw wood and Rougarou hair (Werewolf) and is seen as a dark wand. Most importantly, she was born in the state of Georgia in a city called Savanna. "A witch from Savanna" was the quote used.
What animals lies in the state of Georgia? There are 2 types, the normal and the superstitious, or cryptids. Commonly are sea creatures like Nessie for the Loch-Ness in Europe, Champ for the Champlain in America, and Altie in Georgia of the Altamaha-ha Sea. Fairies, tree spirits, and traveling ones such as Bigfoot. ( https://www.exploregeorgia.org/things-to-do/blog/mystical-legends-of-georgia-folklore) A Raptor.... (https://cryptidz.fandom.com/wiki/Georgia_Raptor) No-Maj based animals are Alligators, Pollinators, the Purple Gallinule and Bobcat (https://www.fws.gov/refuge/Savannah/wildlife_and_habitat/index.html) But I want to focus on the Bobcat.
"This cunning feline animal totem symbolizes the necessity of balancing awareness, strategy, and intellect with playfulness and merriment."(https://www.sunsigns.org/bobcat-animal-totem-symbolism-meanings/#:~:text=Leah%20M%20Bostwick-,Bobcat%20Animal%20Totem%20Symbolism,intellect%20with%20playfulness%20and%20merriment.) It is a very aware and sneaky creature, silent, and observant. Patience is also key to their identity yet connected to bad news.
I think its the idea that her Patronus is an animal akin to former headmistress Minerva McGonagall in Hogwarts. While her time in the Fantasntastic Beasts films or "documents" so far isn't shown off her potential, we can still get an idea that she falls to this personality. "power animal"? that fits my theory of the horned serpent house. Intellect? also, Horned Serpent related (as well as Ravenclaw). In fact, all the traits of the animal are related to Ravenclaw.
This is largely on the idea that the animal is normal from magical and as most are... a Bobcat is a possibility. Unless it isn't native related. Native can be the birth of a singular resident or the beginning of the family akin to Harry with the Peverells. But a Deer is native to more than one country. And unless the animal that Picquery's PAtrinus conjures up is of magical blood, it could be, it might as well be, a Bobcat.
